We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first we charge a £15 diagnostic fee. We want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we carry out any work. We aim to have the work complete in 1-3 days as we need to order the replacement screens or other parts in but do fit the same day that it arrives and can offer same day computer repairs for some issues.
We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash for repairs(labour). If parts are required, we can only accept bank transfer or cash as this ensures parts are ordered quicker and completing the repairs quicker.
IT Done Right offers a warranty on our work/repairs. This warranty typically covers the specific repair performed and ensures that if the same issue arises again within a specified period of 30 days, we will address it at no additional cost. Make sure to ask about the warranty terms and conditions before availing the services.
The time required to repair a computer can vary depending on the complexity of the issue and if any replacement parts are required. Some problems can be resolved within a few hours, while others may take a couple of days.
