We want you to have a great computer experience and enjoy using it when doing what you need to do. One of the most efficient ways of taking care and protecting your computer is through our new computer repair and Laptop repair support contract. By signing up to our contract you will gain peace of mind even if the worst takes place. With our computer & Laptop repair support contract, you will experience unlimited repairs at a fraction of the cost with paying just £7.49 per month. A minimum 12 month contract is required and after this you are able to cancel when you want to. With the 1st class IT support and expertise I offer, I will always repair your computer or laptop if it's a fixable issue. Your computer is in safe hands with IT Done Right.
Any failing or faulty parts will be quoted for and if you choose to go ahead you only pay for the parts upfront.
Diagnostics
The £15 initial diagnostic fee is included within the monthly computer/laptop repair plan package.
Virus & spyware removal
If you think your computer has a virus, give us a call and I will take a look at your computer and remove the virus(s)
Protection against breakdown
Your computer or laptop hardware is playing up or require a hardware upgrade. Whatever the damage/repair, we will fix it.
Fast & Expert Support
We will repair your computer or laptop as quickly as possible. My 1st class IT support and expertise and knowledge is enough to repair whatever problem you come across.
Only pay upfront for parts
Labour is free within the contract, however if any parts need to be replaced, I will quote for the replacement part and payment would be required upfront.
Laptop Screen Replacements
If your laptop requires a replacement laptop screen, let us know the make and model of the laptop and I can quote for a replacement screen.
Unlimited repairs
With the plan, the number of repairs is unlimited, there is no limit to how many repairs are needed, I am always here to help.
