Yes, transferring data from your old PC is also possible - if the hard drive is working we can often copy everything over as it was before.

We repair most faults within 1-3 days, If we need to order parts then we can normally get these in 1-2 days. We understand how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the replacement screen and fitting/testing before starting. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises when it comes to the cost, we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we carry out any work.

We provide a 30 day warranty on all repairs.
